Ingredients: Osmanthus.
Description: Native to Asia, osmanthus tea has been used primarily for people with sleeping problems or for people who just want to achieve a moment of calm. Its strong, aromatically sweet smell will send you well on your way to be well-rested, clearing your mind.
Infusion Directions: 1 ½ – 2 teaspoons of tea per 1 litre of water. Good for 2-3 infusions.
